FULL-DAY MEDIATION
$750 – $2000 per party for most full days depending on the complexity of the issues, the amount in dispute and the number of parties. Full Day – 9:30am – 5:00pm. Additional time billed at $200/per hour, per party, after 5:00pm.
HALF-DAY MEDIATION
$350 – $700 per party for most half days depending on the complexity of the issues, the amount in dispute and the number of parties. Morning Session – 9:00am – 12:30pm or Afternoon Session – 1:30pm – 5:00pm
Generally, a full-day mediation begins at 9:30am and includes a working lunch. The mediation will continue until the issues are resolved. We are flexible in that your mediations may be scheduled earlier or later at your request. Most mediations will conclude by approximately 5:00pm. However, if genuine progress is being made, the mediation may extend into the evening hours. The overage fees are in our sole discretion and may be imposed for hours extending past 5:00 p.m.
Some cases may require more than one mediation. In the event an additional mediation is needed, it can be scheduled with the mutual consent of the parties. Additional mediations may be scheduled by the hour as opposed to a commitment to a half-day or full day session. The fee is based on the complexity of the issues, the amount in dispute and number of parties involved. The amount in dispute is the total amount of all claims for affirmative relief, not including attorney’s fees, exemplary damages and costs. If multiple parties are represented by the same attorney or law firm, they will be considered a single party for purposes of the mediation fee.
